Sri Vijaya Puram, June 6: To assess the disaster preparedness and emergency response mechanisms, a mock drill will be conducted on June 9 at 11 am in the National Memorial Cellular Jail complex. The exercise is being organized by the Directorate of Art and Culture in collaboration with the Directorate of Disaster Management and other line Departments of A&N Administration.
The tourists and visitors present in and around the premises have been requested not to panic and to extend their full cooperation with the officials and volunteers participating in the exercise.
