
Ujjain, Oct. 6: The two-day National Executive Meeting of Rashtriya Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh (RRKMS), BMS concluded today 06th October 2025.
In the first session Shri. Mukesh Singh, National General Secretary presented the points in which the 8th Pay Commission to be implemented for the benefit of working class across the country. The main protest is to stop gender discrimination of 1:0.8 on Male and Female, wage determination on 3 units to be increased to 6 units including parents, introduction of Knowledge update allowance, special allowance for working on holidays, Qualification pay for the qualification acquired after entering into service, Risks and Hardship allowance among other to raise the voice with the Govt. of One Nation, One Tax, now One Election, the GENC is adding to that as One Pension.
The meeting was chaired by Shri. Gaurav Soni, National President, RRKMS with the presence of Shri. M. P. Singh, National Vice President, BMS, Shri. Unnikrishnan Unnithan, Sah Prabhari, RRKMS.
The report of Andaman Nicobar has been presented by Shri. S. Biju Pillai, General Secretary of Andaman Nicobar Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh in which the demands for early resolution was regularisation / absortion of all DRMs / Contract employees, Declaration of Andaman Nicobar Cadre, Declaring entire Andaman Nicobar as Hard Area, removing anomaly of pay existing in Clerical Cadre with redesignating at par with Central Secretariat Cadre, New Delhi.
Shri. Rajendra Kumar Srivastava, National General Secretary initiated the matter and arranged a meeting with the National General Secretary of Govt. Employees National Confederation (GENC) for resolving the Central Govt. based issues of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
