Mayabunder, Oct. 13: N&MA Police have secured the conviction of an accused in an NDPS case within just 75 days of registration.
On 12.10.2026, the Hon’ble Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mayabunder, convicted the accused in a case registered at PS Kalighat on 29.07.2026.
Acting promptly on credible information, Kalighat Police seized Ganja from the accused. Meticulous investigation, effective evidence collection and diligent prosecution follow-up led to the conviction, with a fine of ₹10,000/- imposed by the Hon’ble Court.
