It is brought to the notice of electricity consumers, general public and government departments that the power supply will remain suspended on 01.10.2026 (Thursday) from 07:30 AM to 01:00 PM to facilitate essential maintenance works aimed at ensuring the safety, reliability and uninterrupted operation of the power transmission network.
01.10.2026 (Thursday) 0730 Hrs. – 1300 Hrs.: Tie line Panther-I and Panther-II shall be isolated.
Power transmission shall be maintained through alternate Tie lines. However, in case of unforeseen fault or any unavoidable circumstances, power supply may be getted in Sri Vijaya Puram town and South Andaman area.
In addition, power supply will be temporarily suspended on 03.10.2026 (Saturday) from 07:30 AM to 01:00 PM for carrying out routine preventive maintenance of the transmission system.
03.10.2026 (Saturday) 0730 Hrs. – 1300 Hrs.: Calicut from GSS to Bird Line junction upto Macca Pahad Imli Ped, New Bimblitan and Teylorabad
The aforementioned time is tentative. If the work is completed before the scheduled time, the feeders will be recharged accordingly.
