Sri Vijaya Puram, April 15: Rich tributes were paid to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on his 135th Birth Anniversary yesterday at a solemn function held at the statue of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar near the main entrance of Dr. B R Ambedkar Auditorium, SVPMC. Floral tributes were paid to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar by Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Dr. Chandra Bhushan Kumar, IAS, DGP, A&N Islands, Shri Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal, IPS, PCCF, A&N Islands, Shri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, IFS, Senior Officers of A&N Administration, Public Representatives and general public.
