Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 18: All concerned have been informed that a few seats are presently lying vacant under certain categories in various trades at Govt ITI Arong and, Govt. ITI Bakultala.
Accordingly, candidates who have already applied online through CCAP, as well as those who have not applied online, are hereby advised to attend the physical counselling session in person or through their duly authorized representative, as per the schedule given below:
1. Govt. ITI, Arong, Car Nicobar: 23.09.2026 – 09:30 AM
2. Govt. ITI, Bakultala: 23.09.2026 – 09:30 AM
3. Govt. ITI, Dollygunj: 23.09.2026 – 09:30 AM
Candidates or their authorized representatives must attend the counselling session with the original certificates/documents for verification, along with one set of photocopies of all the documents, two recent passport-size photographs, and the requisite admission fee of Rs. 950/-. The documents required for verification include the Qualification Certificate/Mark Sheet, Category Certificate (wherever applicable), Local Certificate (wherever applicable), Duration Certificate (wherever applicable), Transfer Certificate (TC), Aadhaar Card, and Bank Passbook. The requisite fee shall be deposited at the concerned ITI at the time of admission, as applicable.
Candidates/their authorized representatives must report strictly on the date and time mentioned above. Late reporting shall not be entertained, and the vacant seat may be allotted to the next eligible candidate in order of merit. All applicants are advised to remain in close contact with the concerned Admission Committee/ITI for any further information or clarification, so as to avoid any inconvenience during the admission process. Candidates selected for admission shall submit a Medical Fitness Certificate within two days from the date of admission. Failure to submit the Medical Fitness Certificate within the stipulated period shall result in cancellation of the admission, and the seat shall be allotted to the next eligible candidate in order of merit, without any further intimation.
