Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 24: Due to sudden breakdown of the vehicle ferry vessel MV Pilobhabi presently operating between Phoenix Bay & Bambooflat, its service has been withdrawn with effect from 24.09.2026.
Consequently, the vehicle ferry service on the said route has been discontinued untill further orders. All out efforts are being made by the Directorate of Shipping Services to rectify the defects and restore vehicle ferry services on the said route at the earliest.
