Sri Vijaya Puram, May 26: The Department of Social Welfare, A&N Administration, in coordination with Composite Regional Centre (CRC), PMDK, Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), will be organizing Disability Assessment Camps for distribution of Assistive Devices under ADIP & RVY Scheme for Senior Citizens and Divyangjan of A&N Islands under CSR Initiative.
The camps are being conducted to facilitate assessment and identification of eligible beneficiaries for providing assistive devices and related support services.
The schedule of the camps is as follows:
22nd June 2026 (9:00 AM-2:00 PM): CRC Brookshabad
23rd June 2026 (9:00 AM-2:00 PM): PHC Ferrargunj
25th June 2026 (9:00 AM-2:00 PM): PHC Baratang
26th June 2026 (9:00 AM-2:00 PM): CHC Rangat
27th June 2026 (9:00 AM-2:00 PM): District Hospital, Mayabunder
28th June 2026 (9:00 AM-2:00 PM): CHC Diglipur
Divyangjan beneficiaries attending the assessment camp have been requested to bring their UDID Card, Income Certificate showing monthly income below Rs. 22,500/-, and Aadhaar Card. Senior Citizens under RVY Scheme who are 60 years and above are requested to bring their Aadhaar Card and Income Certificate showing monthly income below Rs. 15,000/-.
Senior Citizens and Divyangjan have been requested to attend the camp at their nearest venue along with the above-mentioned documents and passport size photographs.
