Special Yoga Session Organised in Car Nicobar as Part of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan

Car Nicobar, June 3: As part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA), a special yoga session was organized for the youth to promote a healthy and drug free lifestyle at Perka Community Hall, Car Nicobar. The 1st Captain of the Perka Village, Shri. Paul David attended as the chief guest and addressed the gathering, encouraging the youth to stay committed to a drug free life.

The Child Development Project Officer (Tribal Project), Car Nicobar, Smt. Sunita Kumari also shared inspiring words, highlighting the importance of positive community engagement for the younger generation. The event featured a guided session by a qualified Yoga Instructor, BJR Hospital, Smt. Siromani Kumari, focusing on physical well-being and mental clarity. The session saw enthusiastic participation and served as a meaningful step toward raising awareness on Substance Abuse and the benefits of holistic living.
