Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb. 16: The National Science Day is celebrated every year in India on the 28th February in order to provide the respect to the Discovery of Raman effect by the Indian Physicist. As part of the celebration, the Department of Science & Technology, is organising a painting competition for college level students on the theme: ‘Science for a Sustainable Future’ at Science & Technology Bhawan, Department of Science & Technology, Dollygunj.
Interested students can register their names with Shri. P. Senthil Kumar, Mobile No. 9474213985, Artist of the Department of Science & Technology or they can directly come at venue on Feb. 25 before 9 AM. Students have been advised to bring their own drawing materials; however, the drawing sheets will be provided by the Department. Winners will be awarded with certificate and prizes.
