Sri Vijaya Puram, May 30: The 2nd edition of the Late T. Mohan Rao Memorial Open Chess Tournament 2025 concluded today at the Andhra Association Hall, Sri Vijaya Puram, with a vibrant prize distribution ceremony, marking the end of three days of intense and exciting chess action.
The tournament witnessed a spirited turnout, with 154 players, aged between 6 to 70 years, participating with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
The closing ceremony was graced by Shri Ramesh Chandra Das, Senior Manager, ANIIDCO, as the Chief Guest, and Shri C.S. Ashok as the Guest of Honour. They distributed trophies, medals, and certificates to the top performers of the tournament.
