Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 15: Electricity consumers and general public have been informed that the Urja Pay application and Billing system applications are facing compatibility issues after migration into new servers and the operations are hampered. The A&N State Data Centre is carrying out restoration work and may take consideration time for resolution. The services of two applications will not be available till the time the problem is resolved. The due date of payment for the month of July 2025 shall be duly extended to facilitate payment without surcharge. The downtime has been requested by A&N State Data Centre and inconvenience caused is highly regretted.
