Sri Vijaya Puram, April 2: The Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (KKC), A & N Islands, successfully launched the campaign titled “Congress Party ka Yogdaan, Andaman Nicobar Vikas Ka Abhiyaan” on 01st April 2026 at the Congress Office, Gandhi Bhawan, Sri Vijaya Puram.
The campaign was formally inaugurated by Shri. Rangalal Halder, President of the Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC), in the esteemed presence of Shri. S Tejaswara Rao, State Chairman, Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress, A & N Islands, along with State committee members of UWEC.
The campaign aims to reach out to the masses, particularly unorganised workers and employees, and create awareness about the developmental initiatives and pro-people policies implemented during Congress regimes. The campaign will also be carried forward at various levels to strengthen grassroots connection and ensure that the voices of workers are heard and addressed.
The initiative is expected to be conducted across different parts of the islands in the coming days.
