Sri Vijaya Puram, Jan. 5: In exercise of the powers conferred under the M.V. Act 1988 (Act No.59 of 1988) read with Administrations Notification N o./2008/F.No.32-95/2008-TR dated 10th March, 2008, the District Magistrate, South Andaman District has notified for the information of all concerned that all vehicular traffic at Flag Point shall remain closed on Jan. 6, 2026 from 0600 hrs to 1030 hrs for organizing the Flag Off Ceremony of Param Vir Sagar Yatra – 2026.
During the above mentioned period, all vehicles shall be diverted via the Circuit House route. All concerned have been requested to cooperate and adhere to the traffic regulations for smooth management of traffic.
