Heavy to very heavy rain (07-20 cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands and thunderstorm with gusty wind (40-50 kmph) and lightning is also very likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands on Sept. 18. Heavy rain (07-11 cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands and thunderstorm with gusty wind (40-50 kmph) and lightning is also very likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands on Sept. 19, 20, 21 & 22.
Due to squally weather with wind speed reaching 35-45 kmph occasionally gusting 55 kmph is likely to prevail along and off A&N coasts. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea along and off A&N coasts till Sept. 20.
