Squally weather with surface wind speed reaching 35-45 kmph gusting to 55 kmph is very likely over Andaman Sea and Andaman & Nicobar Island till June 25, 2025. Sea condition is likely to be rough to very rough.
Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea along and off Andaman sea & Andaman & Nicobar Islands till 25/06/2025. Swell waves in the range of 17.0 – 18.0 sec period with 1.8 – 2.0 m height have been forecasted till 20:30 hours of 24-06-2025. There is a possibility of surging of waves, boats have been advised to ply with utmost vigilance and conduct recreation with due care.
