Sri Vijaya Puram, July 25: All passengers have been informed that in view of improvement in weather conditions, the Directorate of Shipping Services has revised the sailing schedule of the following vessels as under:
MV Campbell Bay: The sailing of MV Campbell Bay to Little Andaman, initially scheduled for 22.07.2025 and later postponed to 24.07.2025 has been cancelled.
Similarly, due to technical reasons further announced schedule for Little Andaman on 25th & 27th July, 2025 from Sri Vijaya Puram has been cancelled. Passengers have been advised to cancel their tickets and get full refund.
However, to facilitate the commuters of Little Andaman special ferry service of speed boat has been scheduled on 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th July, 2025 at 0615 Hrs from Phoenix Bay Jetty. Passenger tickets for the above sailing will be issued to the general public from 26.07.2025 onwards. Passengers may book their tickets from DSS e-ticketing portal (https://dss.andaman.gov.in/eticketing) and from STARS Ticketing Counter from 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM.
Nalanda: The sailing of the vessel Nalanda for Campbell Bay via Nancowry, initially scheduled for 22.07.2025 and later rescheduled to 24.07.2025, will now sail on 27.07.2025 at 0900 Hrs from Haddo Wharf and will sail back to Sri Vijaya Puram on 29.07.2025 at 0800 Hrs from Campbell Bay via Nancowry.
Similarly, further announced schedule of Nalanda for Campbell Bay via Nancowry on 29.07.2025 from Sri Vijaya Puram has been postponed to 31.07.2025. Now the vessel Nalanda will sail for Campbell Bay via Nancowry on 31.07.2025 at 0900 Hrs from Haddo Wharf and will sail back to Sri Vijaya Puram on 02.08.2025 at 0800 Hrs from Campbell Bay via Nancowry.
MV Sentinel: Due to inclement weather conditions, the vessel MV Sentinel could not sail for Nancowry via all ports on 24.07.2025. However, now the vessel is scheduled to sail for Nancowry via Little Andaman, Car Nicobar, Chowra, Teressa & Katchal on 27.07.2025 at 0700 Hrs from Haddo Wharf and will sail back to Sri Vijaya Puram 30.07.2025 at 0500 Hrs from Nancowry via same route.
