Mayabunder, May 7: In view of the ongoing recruitment process under the Andaman & Nicobar Police Department, the North & Middle Andaman District Police conducted a series of Orientation Programmes across various Police Stations to assist and guide aspiring candidates regarding the recruitment process.
The programmes witnessed enthusiastic participation from local youths who attended the sessions to gain clarity about the available vacancies, educational qualifications, age criteria, physical standards, and the overall selection procedure for different posts under A&N Police.
During the sessions, Police personnel briefed the aspirants on the various stages of recruitment, including physical efficiency tests, trade tests, written examinations, and mandatory documentation required during the application process.
Detailed information regarding the role, responsibilities, and nature of duties attached to each post was also explained to help candidates choose positions best suited to their aptitude, skills, and interests.
