Billiground, May 12: In a significant step towards maintaining law & order and ensuring effective administration of justice, Police Station Billiground disposed of a total of 24 case properties on 11/05/2026 in the presence of the Executive Magistrate, Mayabunder as per Order No. 06 dated 28/04/2026 issued by the SDM, Mayabunder.
The disposal included 01 NDPS case property, 11 case properties related to Unnatural Death (UD) cases and 12 cases under Excise Regulations. The case properties pertaining to cases that had already been concluded by the Hon’ble Court of Law were disposed of in accordance with the prescribed legal procedures and relevant provisions of law.
This action reflects the commitment of Police Station Billiground towards ensuring transparency, proper disposal of case properties, and efficient implementation of legal procedures while strengthening public confidence in the justice delivery system.
