Mayabunder, May 12: An Awareness Programme was organised on 11th May, 2026 by the PS Mayabunder Team at Mahatma Gandhi Government College, Mayabunder through a series of engaging conversations and an impactful Nukkad Natak aimed at creating awareness on the ill effects of Drug Abuse, Drunken Driving, and Cyber Crime.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 150 students and faculty members, who actively attended and benefited from the informative and engaging presentation. Through the impactful performance, the Police Team sensitized the audience about the serious consequences associated with substance abuse, irresponsible driving, and online frauds, while also emphasizing the importance of responsible conduct and adherence to the law.
The initiative was organised with the objective of educating and sensitising the youth, promoting social responsibility, and encouraging collective efforts towards building a safer, healthier, and cyber-aware society.
