Sri Vijaya Puram, June 30: The Director (Education), A&N Administration has conveyed approval for re-engagement of Part Time Pre-Primary Teachers (PPT), Part Time Pre-Primary Ayah/ Safai Karamachari (PPA/SK), Part Time Craft Instructor and Part Time Attendants for the current academic session 2026-27.
It has been approved that the Part Time employees who worked during the previous session 2025-26 upto closure of the school for Summer Vacation 2026, may be re-engaged for this current Academic Session 2026-27 with immediate effect, in their respective schools in which they have worked previously, subject to their satisfactory performance during the last academic session.
For re-engagement of Part time employees, standard eligibility guidelines should be strictly followed. In case of PPT/PPA, minimum enrolment of 05 students in each Pre-Primary Sections per school should be ensured before re-engagement of PPT and PPA.
All the Zonal Officers/DDOs/Head of Institutions have been directed to re- engage the Part time employees in their respective schools with immediate effect and to send their consolidated joining report to the Directorate by 10/07/2026 without fail for issue of DDO-wise formal engagement orders from the Directorate of Education.
