Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug. 21: With reference to Recruitment Notice vide No. A-12024/1/2024-RECRUITMENTCELLPHQ-POLICE_AN/284 dated 24/04/2026 read with Press Note vide No. DGP/RC/DR/2026/139/534 dated 27/07/2026, available on A&N Police website (https://police.andamannicobar.gov.in), it is inform all candidates appearing for the Physical Measurement & Endurance Test (PM&ET) that the PM&ET is scheduled to commence from 07.09.2026 onwards. The list of candidates, indicating their PM&ET venue, date and reporting time, has been uploaded on the official A&N Police website. Further, the PM&ET Admit Cards are available for download from 01.08.2026 onwards. Candidates are advised to visit https://police.andamannicobar.gov.in to download their Admit Cards, verify their PM&ET schedule, and read the instructions contained therein carefully before reporting for the test. Candidates should report to the allotted PM&ET venue on the scheduled date and time along with a printed copy of the Admit Card (in colour).
As informed in all earlier Press Notes, the initial closing date, i.e., 17.05.2026, shall be the cut-off date for determination of age and for possession of valid certificates/documents relating to educational qualification, category, driving licence, and all other requisite documents. No candidate shall be permitted to participate in the PM&ET unless he/she was in possession of the prescribed valid certificates/documents issued on or before the closing date, i.e., 17.05.2026. Any certificate or document obtained after the prescribed cut-off date shall not be considered for the recruitment process.
