Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 2: Due to non-availability of Pilot and Tug assistance at Mayabunder Port, the Directorate of Shipping Services is forced to amend the promulgated sailing schedule of MV Swaraj Dweep to Kolkata via Mayabunder on Sept. 3 from Sri Vijaya Puram.
As per revised schedule, the vessel will now sail directly to Kolkata on Sept. 4 at 0800 hrs from Haddo Wharf and will sail back on Sept. 11 at 1200 hrs directly from Kolkata to Sri Vijaya Puram. Passengers those who are holding the tickets of MV Swaraj Dweep for Kolkata sailing have been advised to avail sailing as per the revised schedule.
Mayabunder to Kolkata bound passengers have been advised to embark the vessel MV Swaraj Dweep at Sri Vijaya Puram on Sept. 4 at 0800 hrs. To facilitate the passengers, a link sailing by Speed Boat will be made available on Sept. 3 from Mayabunder at 2100 hrs, arriving at Sri Vijaya Puram on Sept. 4 at 0600 hrs.
