Diglipur, Oct. 5: As part of the ongoing ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan’, a Multi-Speciality Health Camp was conducted at PHC Kishorinagar jointly by Sub-District Hospital Diglipur and PHC Kishorinagar in collaboration with the District Health Society, North & Middle Andaman.
The programme was inaugurated with the lighting of lamp by Smti Rita Dhali, Pradhan, Kishorinagar as the chief guest and other dignitaries.
During the Camp, check-ups for Non-Communicable Diseases, Anaemia testing, Tuberculosis screening, menstrual hygiene awareness sessions, Maternal health counselling, specialized consultations in Paediatrics, Allopathy, Dental, Ayurveda and Homoeopathy, Healthy Food Recipe Display by Anganwadi Workers, ASHA Workers, and Self-Help Groups were conducted.
A total of 98 participants, including women, adolescent girls, and community members, availed the services of the camp.
