Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 27: The Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO), in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, organised an Open Painting Competition as part of the World Tourism Day 2026 celebrations at the Andaman Club, Port Blair.
Held on the theme “Andaman & Nicobar – A Destination for Tourism,” the competition provided participants with an opportunity to showcase their creativity through paintings highlighting the islands’ natural beauty, culture, heritage, marine life and tourism experiences.
Dr. K. Chandrasekaran, President, Andaman Nicobar Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ANCCI), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and distributed prizes to the winners.
