
Gantok, Nov. 16: The 13th International Tourism Mart (ITM) 2025, held in Gangtok, Sikkim from 13th to 16th, concluded on a successful note, bringing together tourism stakeholders from across India and around the world.
A delegation from the Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO), led by its President Shri M. Vinod, actively participated in the event. The other members of the delegation included Shri Saikat Biswas and Ms. Bhugneshwari.
The prestigious event witnessed the participation of 200+ international delegates from 19 countries and around 100 domestic delegates representing 25 States and Union Territories. It provided an excellent platform for networking, collaboration, and showcasing tourism offerings.
The AATO team highlighted Brand Andaman, engaging with global tourism professionals and exploring new avenues to promote the islands as a world-class destination. The B2B Session organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, proved highly beneficial, enabling direct interactions with buyers, sellers, and industry experts.
Shri M. Vinod, President of AATO, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and ADTOI for providing the opportunity to the AATO delegation to participate in this significant event. He also extended his sincere appreciation to the Government of Sikkim, especially the Sikkim Tourism Department, for their warm hospitality and seamless coordination.
The participation at ITM 2025 has been a valuable experience for AATO, strengthening networks and opening new possibilities for the promotion of Andaman Tourism on a global stage.
