Sri Vijaya Puram, July 20: The Andaman & Nicobar State Sports Council (ANSSC), Sri Vijaya Puram, successfully organized the first-ever Cycling Roller Competition in the A&N Islands yesterday at Corbyn’s Cove Beach. The competition was conducted in the Open Category, allowing participants to compete irrespective of gender, thereby promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities in sports. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from cycling enthusiasts and young students from various educational institutions across the Islands.
At the conclusion of the competition, Shri Aditya Sangotra, Director (Sports & Youth Affairs) distributed prizes to the winners during the prize distribution ceremony held at Corbyn’s Cove. In the competition, R. Saket of Class XI, NCS, William, Class IX, GMSSS & Divyance of Class VI, KV No.1 stood first, second and third.
