BLOs Appreciated for their Dedicated Efforts and Time-Bound Execution

Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 1: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has initiated the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) – 2025 of Electoral Rolls in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands with effect from 4th November 2025, with the objective of ensuring comprehensive inclusion of all eligible citizens in the electoral rolls. As part of this exercise, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are undertaking extensive door-to-door distribution and collection of enumeration forms to ensure maximum eligible voter enrollment and accuracy in the rolls.

In this regard, Smti. Kiran (Part No. 133), Shri. Manish Kujur (Part No. 136), Smti. Bina Das Roy (Part No. 137), Shri. Sushanta Seal (Part No. 141) and Shri. Asim Bhattacharjee (Part No. 144) Booth Level Officers of Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil, South Andaman District, has successfully completed 100% distribution and collection of Enumeration Forms within their assigned jurisdiction. Their dedicated efforts, sincerity and time-bound execution have significantly contributed to the smooth and effective implementation of the revision process at the grassroots level.

In recognition of their exemplary service, Shri Kamaleshwar Rao, S, IAS, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO), Sri Vijaya Puram, has appreciated their commendable performance and issued a Certificate of Appreciation for their outstanding contribution to the electoral revision exercise.

The District Administration acknowledges and appreciates such committed field functionaries whose tireless efforts strengthen the democratic process. The AERO Office shall continue to appreciate such exceptional performances by our dedicated Booth Level Officers.
