Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb. 13: All concerned have been informed that the P.P.S./Head of Office, Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, has issued a revised Notice dated 12.02.2026 wherein, it has been informed that there shall be a Circuit Sitting at Port Blair, A&N Islands w.e.f. 16.2.2026 to 20.2.2026 (both days inclusive).
Fresh application will also be entertained. Department those who are having CAT cases are requested to contact the Government Pleader/ Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared. Head of Departments are also requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleader/Panel Advocate at the time of hearing.
