Sri Vijaya Puram, May 29: All concerned have been informed that the Deputy Registrar / H.O.O. vide Notice dated 20.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 has informed that due to austerity measures, the Division Bench comprising of Hon’ble Mrs. Urmita Datta (Sen), Judicial Member and Hon’ble Mr. Suchitto Kumar Das, Administrative Member will be holding Circuit Sitting at Port Blair through Virtual mode w.e.f. 08.06.2026 to 19.06.2026 (both days inclusive).
Fresh application will also be entertained. Department those who are having CAT cases have been requested to contact the Government Pleader / Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared. Head of Departments are also requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleader / Panel Advocate at the time of virtual hearing.
