CRC A&N Islands Organised Workshop & Pain Relief Camp

Sri Vijaya Puram, May 20: CRC A&N Islands in association with Pankh NGO organized a Workshop & Pain Relief Clinic based on Acupuncture and Natural Wellness for parents of special children at CRC A&N Islands yesterday. The programme aimed to promote the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of caregivers and families of children with special needs.

Smt. Sumithamol, Director, CRC A&N Islands, delivered the keynote address and highlighted the importance of caregiver wellbeing, inclusive community support, and holistic rehabilitation initiatives for families of special children.

Dr. Rajni Ahuja, Founder of Navyoga, and Dr. M.M. Mehul conducted awareness and practical demonstration sessions on acupuncture and cupping therapy. Parents and participants were provided with live demonstrations and information regarding natural pain management techniques and wellness practices.

A special segment of the programme was dedicated to acknowledging the generous sponsorship of a PA System to CRC by the Rotary Club of Sri Vijaya Puram through the initiative and support of Rtn. Rajesh Anand, Assistant Governor and Rtn, Arun Srivastava, Secretary.
