Sri Vijaya Puram, April 22: The Directorate of Industries, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, invites startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and self-employed youths to a transformative Workshop for Sensitization on Companies Act and Company Affairs on 24th April, 2026, in the Conference Hall, Directorate of Industries, Sri Vijaya Puram from 9 am onwards.
Organized in collaboration with Registrar of Companies (RoC), Chennai, featuring Shri Aeshala Vamshi Krishna, Deputy Registrar of Companies, the physical event covers company formation (SPICe+, Pvt Ltd/LLP/OPC), compliances, director duties, fundraising (Private Placement/FDI), and dormant status—driving formalization, investment readiness, and jobs in line with Startup India and Make in India.
Targeted at existing Pvt. Ltd/LLP/OPC owners as well as aspiring innovators, unregistered businesses, and industry associations, this workshop promises practical insights to avoid pitfalls like strike-offs and scale operations.
