Mayabunder, April 16: In observance of Fire Service Week–2026, F&ES Mayabunder conducted a Fire Awareness & First Aid (FAFF) class along with a live demonstration at MGG College, Karmatang, Mayabunder.
The programme aimed at enhancing awareness and preparedness among students and staff by providing firsthand knowledge of basic firefighting techniques and emergency response measures. Participants were sensitized on fire prevention, safe evacuation practices and the effective use of firefighting equipment during emergencies.
The initiative witnessed active participation and served as a valuable platform to promote a culture of safety and readiness within the community.
