Port Blair, Feb 2: A story telling workshop for children will be conducted by the Coastal Green Zone led by Shri Chanchal Singha Roy at Bageecha – an initiative of Andaman Chronicle to bring people closer to nature. The workshop will be held on Saturday, 4th February 2023 at 6.00 pm.

Port Blair, Feb 2: Shri Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member BJP & Former State President BJP-ANI has hailed the Union Budget-2023 presented by the Finance Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman in the Parliament yesterday.
Commenting on the budget, Jolly described the budget brought by the Modi government that lays a strong foundation of Amrit Kaal and will give further impetus to the resolve of the Modi government for a self-reliant India, taking every section along.

Bathini Papamma (age 70 years), Mother of Shri B Eswar Rao, Ex- Chairperson of Port Blair Municipal Council R/o Dairy Farm who passed away at her residence on 02.02.2023. He prayed to the Almighty to give eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
