Sea condition is also likely to be rough to very rough. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea along and off A&N Islands till June 27.

Port Blair, June 23: As part of the observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on June 22, 2024, the staff of the Anti-Narcotics Police Station organized awareness programs at Saraswati Shishu Mandir Sr. Sec. School. Approximately 200 students participated in the sessions, where they were educated about the harmful consequences of drug abuse. Additionally, the students actively took a pledge to stay away from drugs.

In another shocking discovery, scientists have found microplastics in the human penises for the first time, suddenly raising concerns about the spread of these microscopic particles and their serious adverse effects on health.

Port Blair, June 23: The Andaman & Nicobar Administration, in collaboration with the Wadhwani Center for Government Digital Transformation (WGDT) of the Wadhwani Foundation, successfully completed a three-day intensive reskilling program for its leadership and mid-level officers. The training, held from June 19 to 21 focused on cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Computer Vision (CV), Generative AI (GenAI), and Data-Driven Insights for policy transformation, program enhancement, and improved service delivery.
