Apart from providing other basic civic amenities to the citizens of Port Blair, PBMC has taken-up the initiative to resurface/ revamp the existing roads falling under its jurisdiction, across 24 Wards. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, GOI has sanctioned Rs 3342.95 Lakhs under Central Road Fund (CRF) Scheme for taking up 38.79 Kms of Road Works.
