Port Blair, June 2: The last date for submission of Assignments, Project Reports, Field Work Journal (Practicum), Dissertation and Internship Report, for TEE June- 2022 session is extended upto 15th June, 2022. Students can submit their assignments at their respective study centre.

Port Blair, June 2: The Online link for submission of the examination form by the students for June-2022 Term-end Examination is now open at IGNOU site www.ignou.ac.in. The exam fee per subject (paper) is Rs.200/- only. In Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the exam centres located at Port Blair (0201, Mayabunder (0208), Hut Bay (0203), Car Nicobar (0204), Kamorta (0205) and Campbell Bay (0206). Students of Port Blair Study Centre can also appear for exams in any part of Andaman & Nicobar Islands or in mainland also. After submitting the exam form, student will get control number for immediate acknowledgement. It should be noted down carefully and a screenshot should be saved for future reference. The last for filling online exam form is 25th June, 2022 (without late fee).

Port Blair, June 2: During the RT-PCR test conducted on 210 passengers who arrived here yesterday, no positive case has been detected. Today, 13 flights with 1954 passengers arrived, out of which, 1733 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 212 passengers and the reports are awaited.   

Port Blair, June 2: A General Body meeting of TGCE Alumni (Registration No.1374/2011) is scheduled on 11th June 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Hall of Tagore Government College of Education, Port Blair to elect a new executive committee for the alumni and to chalk out a yearlong program. All the members of the alumni and ex-students of Tagore Government College of Education, Port Blair who are not enrolled are requested to attend the meeting on the above date and time.

Port Blair, June 2: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,81,634 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands. Similarly, 23,538 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 yrs. and 12,688 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 12 to 14 yrs. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 25235.
