On the occasion of the 157th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi Ji, today (02.10.2026), I pay my humble tribute to the Father of the Nation and remember his timeless ideals of truth, non-violence, simplicity, self-discipline and service to humanity.
On this Gandhi Jayanti, let us follow his ideals in our daily lives by respecting one another, maintaining peace and harmony, helping the poor and needy, keeping our surroundings clean, and working together for the welfare and development of our society and our nation.
Let us make truth, cleanliness, compassion and service a part of our everyday life and contribute towards building a clean, peaceful, united and self-reliant India.
My heartfelt greetings to all citizens on Gandhi Jayanti.
