Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 26: Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has expressed deep sorrow and concern over the tragic fire incident that occurred at Rangat on the late of 25th October, 2025 in which around 20 commercial shops were gutted, resulting in severe loss of property and livelihood for the affected shop owners.
In his message, Shri Bishnu Pada Ray stated that this unforeseen tragedy has brought immense distress to the affected families and the local community. He conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to all those who have suffered losses in the incident and urged the concerned authorities to carry out an immediate assessment of the damages and to extend necessary relief and rehabilitation assistance to the victims at the earliest.
He further prayed that the affected families find strength and courage to overcome this difficult situation and that normalcy be restored soon in the area.
