Sri Vijaya Puram, May 19: Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi, is implementing Pradhan Mantri Divyasha Kendra (PMDK) Scheme at Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Sri Vijaya Puram. In this regard, general public are informed that assistive devices are being provided to eligible Divyangjan/persons with disabilities and senior citizens.
Assistive devices are aimed at supporting persons with Disabilities and Senior Citizen in enhancing their mobility, accessibility, communication, education, and daily living. Eligible beneficiaries may apply for the required assistive devices by submitting the prescribed application form along with relevant supporting documents.
The application forms for availing the assistive devices are available on the website of Directorate of Social Welfare, A&N Administration, bearing the URL:- http://andssw1.and.nic.in/socialwelfare/ and also from PMDK, CDPOs, Mukhya Sevikas, Anganwadi Workers, during office hours on all working days. Interested Divyangjan/persons with disabilities and senior citizens are requested to collect and submit the forms at the earliest.
