Sri Vijaya Puram, June 7: The Andaman Nicobar Chess Association (ANCA) successfully conducted the Under-07 Chess Selection Trials 2026 today at the ANCA Chess Centre, Dairy Farm, Sri Vijaya Puram for the selection of players to represent the Andaman & Nicobar Islands in the upcoming 39th National Under-07 Chess Championship 2026 to be held at Nagpur from 30th June to 4th July 2026.
After closely contested games, the following players were selected, based on their merit and final standings, to represent the Andaman & Nicobar Islands at the 39th National Under-07 Chess Championship 2026
Under-07 Boys
ACM Nuhaan Siddique V K –secured First Position
Karthikeyan A – secured Second Position
Under-07 Girls
Neharika D – secured First Position
Saesha S – secured Second Position
The selected players have been informed to submit their written consent to participate in the National Championship on or before 10th June 2026 at the ANCA Office, Dairy Farm. In the event of non-submission of consent within the stipulated date, the opportunity to participate will be offered to the next eligible players in the order of merit.
