Sri Vijaya Puram, June 17: In pursuance of the decision taken by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration and in order to facilitate the candidates appearing in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG)-2026 scheduled to be held on 21st June, 2026 at Sri Vijaya Puram, free transportation facility shall be provided through Government-operated Bus, Ferry Boat and Ship services.
The facility shall be available to candidates on production of a valid NEET (UG)-2026 Admit Card issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
The free transportation facility shall be extended as follows:
From place of residence to examination centre at Sri Vijaya Puram: From 18-06-2026 to 21-06-2026
From examination centre at Sri Vijaya Puram to place of residence: From 21-06-2026 to 24-06-2026
Candidates intending to avail the facility have been advised to carry their Admit Card and a valid photo identity card during travel and produce the same on demand by the concerned transport authorities.
All candidates have been requested to plan their journey well in advance and contact the nearest office of the Directorate of Shipping Services/Directorate of Transport for details regarding sailing schedules and transport arrangements.
