
Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 4: Port Blair Guru Ki Rasoi (PBGKR), continuing its commitment towards supporting education and strengthening facilities in rural areas, donated a computer system along with a printer to Government Primary School, Ranchi Basti, Namunaghar.
Founder & President of Port Blair Guru Ki Rasoi, Mr. Mandeep Grewal, visited the school and interacted with the students. He formally handed over the computer system and printer to the Headmistress of the school in the presence of teachers and students.
The requirement for the computer system was brought to the attention of PBGKR by Shri Simson, Up-Pramukh, Ferrargunj Panchayat Samiti, who had raised the request with Mandeep Grewal just a week ago. Responding promptly to the request, PBGKR arranged and provided the required computer system and printer to the school today.
The initiative aims to provide students of the rural-area school with better access to digital learning, computer education and educational resources, helping them become more familiar with technology from an early age.
Speaking on the occasion, Mandeep Grewal, Founder & President, Port Blair Guru Ki Rasoi, said that every child deserves access to the facilities and opportunities required to learn and grow. He added that PBGKR will continue to support schools and communities wherever a genuine need is brought to its attention.
The school authorities expressed their gratitude to Port Blair Guru Ki Rasoi for extending the support and for responding to the requirement in such a short period.
