Sri Vijaya Puram, June 19: In a significant step towards promoting transparency and ease of access to information, the Andaman & Nicobar Administration has fully integrated all its Departments with the Central Right to Information (RTI) Portal. This digital initiative allows citizens to file RTI applications / first appeals and make payments online, streamlining the process and making Government services more accessible than ever.
The integration is part of a broader effort to strengthen e-governance and ensure that the Right to Information Act, 2005, remains effective and citizen-friendly in this digital era. Citizens can now submit RTI applications, track their application status, and receive responses from the Departments-all through a single, unified portal: https://rtionline.gov.in.
