Tourism Department to Organise ‘Cuisine of India Festival – 2025’

Sri Vijaya Puram, June 19: As part of an on-going series of events, fairs & festivals, the Department of Tourism, Andaman & Nicobar Administration is celebrating ‘Cuisines of India Festival–2025’ with the theme #Desi Delights on 28th June and 29th June, 2025 at ITF Pavilion from 4 pm to 10 pm.

The Tourism Department has invited applications from interested hoteliers, firms and individuals for the allotment of Food stall & General stall during ‘Cuisines of India Festival 2025’ in collaboration with Food Safety Department of District Administration, South Andaman at the ITF Ground, Sri Vijaya Puram.

The stalls will be allotted to selected applicants through a lottery system, ensuring a fair and transparent process as per the terms and conditions outlined in the application form. The rent for Food stall for 02 days would be Rs.4500/- (stall No. 01 to 12), Rs.3500/- for General stall and Kiosk Rs.450/- per stall. Security Deposit Rs.6000/- for food vendors and General stalls Rs.5000/- & Rs.250/- for kiosk, which is returnable. The Demand Draft should be made in favour of Senior Accounts Officer, Directorate of IP&T.

The application forms along with the terms and conditions for allotment of stall can be obtained & submitted in the Operational Section of Dte. of IP&T, Sri Vijaya Puram.

The date for receiving of application & allotment is as under:

Last date of submission of application form:  23/06/2025 (3:00 PM)

Allotment of stall by the committee: 24/06/2025

Issue of allotment letter: 24/06/2025
