Sri Vijaya Puram, June 19: In continuation of the enthusiastic build-up to the 11th International Day of Yoga IDY-2025, the AYUSH Wing of DHS, UT Administration, successfully conducted the Flash Mob events at Chatham Junction, Gandhi Statue (Aberdeen Bazaar), Goal Ghar near Department of Social Welfare and Bathubasti Junction.
These vibrant public performances captivated the attention of onlookers, pedestrians, and local residents, turning ordinary urban corners into dynamic hubs of energy and awareness.
The Flash Mobs were led by a dedicated team of Yoga instructors and volunteers, who performed a series of synchronized Yoga sequences blended with rhythmic movements.
The initiative aimed to spread the message of ‘Yoga for One Earth, One Health’, emphasizing Yoga’s role in promoting holistic health and global harmony. These engaging displays not only promoted awareness but also encouraged community participation, setting the tone for the grand IDY celebration on 21st June, 2025.
The events reinforced the spirit of unity, health, and community bonding, while bringing Yoga closer to people’s everyday environments and highlighting its universal relevance.
