Mithakhari, May 01: The Gram Panchayat Mithakhari proudly announces the successful inauguration of the Renovated and Upgraded Community Hall at Mithakhari on 1st May 2026 at 10:00 AM.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Chief Guest, Dr. Apurva Sharma, Director, RD, PRIs & ULBs, A&N Administration. The event was held in the presence of Shri Mohd Safiq, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Mithakhari, along with prominent dignitaries including Shri P.A. Sharfuddin, Zilla Parishad Member, Mithakhari Constituency, Shri T. Mohammed Rafique, Panchayat Samiti Member, Mithakhari Constituency, Shri Rajiv Sharma, Executive Engineer, PRI (GP & PS), Shri A. Yacob, Assistant Engineer, PRI (GP & PS), Chouldhari, Shri Mohd Jalal, Up-Pradhan, Shri T.P. Mohammed Rafique, Sarpanch, Smti. Prema Kujur, Up-Sarpanch, Miss Pancha Kali, Chairman, Standing Committee, Shri Jay Narayan, Ward Member, Mithakhari-4, Shri Asif Karim, Ward Member, Mithakhari-5, Smti. Officials of Gram Panchayat Mithakhari, including Shri Javed Hameed, Panchayat Secretary, Shri Manjeet Singh, Junior Engineer, PRI, Shri Ashraf, VLW, along with other staffs, were also present on the occasion.
The newly renovated and upgraded Community Hall is expected to serve as a vital hub for social gatherings, official meetings, cultural activities, and various developmental programs in Mithakhari and surrounding areas. The initiative reflects the continuous efforts of Gram Panchayat Mithakhari towards strengthening community infrastructure and enhancing public amenities.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Mohd Safiq, Pradhan, shared his vision for the holistic development of the Gram Panchayat Mithakhari. He highlighted key proposals such as the installation of desalination plants at the Mithakhari seashore to address water scarcity in the region, and the development of Mithakhari seashore as a rural tourism hub to promote local livelihood opportunities and sustainable growth.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Guest appreciated the proactive efforts of the Panchayat and emphasized the importance of such infrastructure in fostering community engagement and inclusive development.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from PRI members, officials, and local residents, making it a moment of pride and celebration for the entire Gram Panchayat Mithakhari.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Shri P.A. Sharfuddin, Zilla Parishad Member, Mithakhari Constituency, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Guest, dignitaries, officials, and villagers for their valuable presence and support in making the event a grand success.
