Port Blair, April 18: The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Fishermen Congress Committee today held a protest at Bambooflat against fuel and LPG cylinder price hike across the country. Protesters raised slogans and held banners against the central government.

Port Blair, April 18: As a part of celebration of “AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV”- Ayushman Bharat, Block Health Mela was organized at Panchayat Shopping Complex, Shore Point, Ferrargunj Block by the District Administration through its District Health Society (SA) today. Various awareness stalls of departments have been displayed on the theme- Health, Nutrition & Sanitation, also felicitating health screening of general public at the Mela itself.

Port Blair, April 18: During the RT-PCR test conducted on 220 incoming flight passengers yesterday, no positive case has been detected. Today, 16 flights with 2577 passengers arrived, out of which, 2302 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 204 passengers and the reports are awaited.
