Port Blair, Nov. 27: A great opportunity for Islands’ youth as the Australian Government has come forward to support for employment viability training through Vibha & Yuvajaya Foundation.

The Australian Government has been giving immense support through Vibha Foundation to make skill based employment available to the educated underprivileged youths of India. This initiative is now in A&N Islands, for creating a great opportunity for the youth wherein they would undergo three month’s free skill based training to be employable in various Industries and MNC's in states like Bangalore and Chennai.

Port Blair, Nov. 27: During the visit at Kamorta Island, Shri. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member-BJP & Former State President BJP hoisted the BJP Party Flag at Kakana village for the first time in the history of A&N Islands. The flag was hoisted in the presence of Shri Raja State Secretary, BJYM and in the august presence of Shri. Charles Jacob (Chairman Tribal Council), Shri. Young Rural Brilliant Minds’ Creativity Applauded

Diglipur, Nov. 27: The much awaited zonal Science, art and Craft Exhibition was conducted on 26th Nov. 2022 at the Multi-purpose hall of Swami Vivekanand Stadium. The Chief Guest, the Assistant commissioner of Diglipur Shri Anuj Kumar Bhari inaugurated the mega event in the morning by lighting the lamp. The Chief Guest along with the guests of honour, the Panchayat Samiti Pramukh Shri Dipankar Mistry, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. H.M Siddaraju, Subhash Gram Panchayat Pradhan Shri P.R Singaram visited the science models displayed by the students, who had come from the different schools of North Andaman. The guests spent much time, interacting with the students, and asking the functions and principles involved in their models.

Port Blair, Nov. 27: A school health camp was conducted at RGT Public Vidyalaya, RGT Road, Port Blair on 25th November, 2022 for students from Nursery up to Class X with special focus on nutritional assessment and personal hygiene. The camp was organised by Dr. Ajay Raj, Dr. Priyanka Yadav and Dr. Aanchal Anand from Dept. of Community Medicine at ANIIMS along with students from MBBS Batch 2019, under the guidance of Dr. Pragya Sharma, Director, ANIIMS.
