Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 26: Ayushman Pakhwada is being observed from September 20 to 30, 2024 to mark 6 years of Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) and 3 years of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). As part of the observance, an orientation session was organized by the State Health Agency, A&N Islands for the students of 3rd Year MBBS Part-I (batch –2021), Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences, A & N Islands.

More than 60 students from various Schools of Sri Vijayapuram and its adjoining areas enthusiastically participated in the competition. The theme of the drawing/painting competition was ‘Tourism & Peace’.

However, it is noticed that in spite of repeated request and all possible effort, there are considerable number of (APL, AAY & PHH) beneficiaries who have not yet approached their Fair Price Shops or the Department of CS&CA or respective Supply Units functioning in the inter Islands for updating their e-KYC.
